TODD A. RASH, OF COUNSEL

With over 23 years of impeccable legal experience, Mr. Todd Rash, is a former Violent Crimes Prosecutor and was named “Prosecutor of the Year” in Riverside County. Mr. Rash has been in private practice for over 15 years and is a tremendous and remarkable asset to our team. Mr. Rash has been triumphant in numerous other complex civic cases including law suits against Michael Jackson and the Catholic Church on behalf of clients that were victims of molestation and prevailed. He is also recognized as one of the premier civil and criminal litigators in California and was a legal commentator on Court TV during the OJ Simpson Murder Trial. Mr. Rash has been quoted in LA Times, NY Times and numerous periodicals throughout the years as a legal expert.

Mr. Rash has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Psychology from Texas Wesleyan University and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Southwestern University College of Law. He is a member of the California Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Los Angeles Bar Association, the Riverside County Bar Association and is also admitted to practice law in Texas and the United States Central District Federal Court.
